Elevating Women-Run Nonprofits through $500,000 in PR & Marketing

UpSpring is committed to uplifting and empowering female voices to overcome the many challenges that women leaders continue to face in a male-dominated business landscape. The UpSpring Launch:HER Awards will award three exceptional women-led nonprofit or not-for-profit organizations a total of half a million dollars in pro bono PR and marketing support.

Fifteen years ago, UpSpring began as a dream in a dorm room. Today, we're a women-owned and led agency with 60+ team members, serving 100 global clients. Our award-winning work spans PR, digital marketing, and creative strategy.

We've witnessed firsthand the challenges women face in a male-dominated world. From bias to limited funding, these obstacles can hinder progress. That's why we're launching the UpSpring Launch:Her Awards. We're committing $500,000 in pro bono PR and marketing support to three exceptional women-led nonprofits.

Together, we can create a more equitable future. Help us celebrate the achievements of women leaders and inspire the next generation to pursue their dreams.

ELIGIBILITY

Your organization is eligible if it fulfills all of the below criteria:
BASED IN THE UNITED STATES
WOMAN-OWNED AND/OR  WOMEN-LED
IDENTIFIED AS A NONPROFIT OR NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, 502(C)(3) STATUS NOT REQUIRED
Participants who submit nominations for consideration must have authority to act on behalf of the nominated organization for their submission to be eligible for consideration. Previous year’s winners are not eligible to re-nominate their organization.

BENEFITS

Three women-owned/led not-for-profit and nonprofit organizations will be awarded UpSpring’s pro bono PR and marketing services valued at half a million dollars. The awards are as follows:
FIRST PLACE:
$250,000
IN SERVICES FOR ONE YEAR
SECOND PLACE:
$150,000
IN SERVICES FOR ONE YEAR
THIRD PLACE:
$100,000
IN SERVICES FOR ONE YEAR
Winners will also receive press and digital coverage, including mentions in a Launch:Her Awards press release, on the Launch:Her Awards website, and across UpSpring’s social media channels. In addition, winning organizations will receive official digital assets, digital seals, and a certificate for use on all marketing materials.
